Veronica Mars question of the week
Is this season just ridiculously predictable?
Rob, you said you had a theory -- did it turn out correct? I suspected Tim for the last crime, but during this whole episode it was ridiculously obvious that if there was going to be any twist it would have to involve him -- there just weren't any other suspects. What happened to the insanity & unpredictability of season 2?
Okay, so that's more than one question of the week, but since that's probably the last new episode for a few weeks, it'll tide us over. Might we be getting a third mystery that leaves us at the cliffhanging final episode of the season? methinks yes.

I didn't really suspect Tim until this episode, but by the time he was exposed, I think it was obvious. I can't believe they killed off Lamb! He was kind of hot. Also, if they start killing off my favorite tertiary male characters, Vinnie, Dick, and the lawyer should be watching their asses.
I'm just not feeling the whole Logan-Veronica angle that's been going on all season. I didn't hate the two of them together, but I feel like the writers don't know how to write them just being a normal couple. They do a bad job in general with Logan when he's not being a dick. So now they've manufactured all this "relationship drama" with the multiple break-ups, and now the Parker angle, and I'm just kind of, eh, whatever.
So, quick Pop5 poll for those into VMars - should Veronica and Logan get back together? If not, should she date that indie-rock roommate of Wallace's that's had a crush on her forever? Or someone else? I have to confess I have a soft spot in my heart for an Eli-Veronica match....

I did suspect Tim all along. He was a shadt T.A.
I don't think Logan and Veronica should get back together. It would be cool if she hooked up with Wallace, though. (He's tha' man.) An Eli-Veronica hook-up would be interesting, too.
I'm surprised that they killed of Lamb. He was a dick, but he made for an interesting foil to Veronica. I think (hope) the next sheriff will be just as swarmy.
I hear that the CW is considering cancelling the show... which is too bad. This could also be the reason why the tertiary characters aren't getting much air time.

I kind of feel like the chance for a Veronica-Wallace pairing has expired. Maybe they could have gotten away with it earlier, but now their relationship is so settled and friend-like.
I have heard (on the internet of course) rumors that Lamb's death means cancellation is near. Suck! If that's true, that will mean that the only show I watch on TV that is not in reruns (X-FIles), animated (South Park, Simpsons, Venture Brothers), or on the Food Network will be the Office. At least right now the Tivo is busy recording AMC's Clint Eastwood marathon....
